About the Role We are hiring Accounting Assistants to support U.S.-based businesses with day-to-day bookkeeping, billing, and financial operations. You will keep records accurate, invoices clean, and accounts up to date — giving your client full visibility into their numbers at all times. Key Responsibilities Record and categorize daily financial transactions accurately. Manage accounts payable and receivable — generate invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and log payments. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular schedule. Support month-end close processes — prepare reports and flag discrepancies proactively. Maintain organized financial records in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to verify costs and resolve billing discrepancies. Deliver regular financial summaries and flag anomalies immediately. Strong spoken and written English — C1 preferred. 3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting support, or billing — BPO or U.S.-client experience preferred and must be documented on your resume. QuickBooks or Xero experience — required. Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process. High attention to detail and zero tolerance for errors. Able to follow accounting SOPs, meet deadlines, and report accurately. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
