About the Role

Logisek is looking for a Penetration Tester with a strong interest in offensive security and a commitment to continuous professional development.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced security professionals, contribute to penetration-testing and vulnerability-assessment engagements, and develop both your technical and consulting capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving guidance and support on more complex assignments.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and conduct penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Identify, validate, and document security vulnerabilities and their potential business impact.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and actionable technical reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout engagement planning, execution, reporting, and quality-assurance activities.
• Keep your knowledge of offensive-security techniques, tools, and methodologies up to date.
• Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards during all engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in penetration testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• The ability to produce clear and well-structured technical documentation.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligibility to obtain any security clearance required for NATO-related projects.

Candidates who are subject to mandatory military service in Greece must have completed their military obligations or hold a valid legal exemption or deferment, where applicable.

Nice to Have

• Relevant security certifications or active progress toward certification.
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Experience presenting technical findings and remediation recommendations.
• Familiarity with recognized penetration-testing standards and reporting methodologies.
