Life & Pensions Administrator | Dublin (Southside) | €40,000 - €43,000 + Benefits

Our client, a well-established and dynamic mortgage and financial services provider, is seeking a Life & Pensions Administrator to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office, Tuesday & Wednesday) offering the chance to work within a large, busy team supporting new and pipeline Life & Pensions business.

The Role:

• Administer new and pipeline Life & Pensions business, ensuring high standards of client service at all times
• Ensure all business meets company documentation and compliance requirements
• Liaise throughout the process with clients, providers and other relevant third parties
• Ensure clients' best interests are protected in terms of process and service
• Handle queries arising from existing clients
• Proactively manage your pipeline of clients in line with company targets

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Lending or Broker services (required)
• Strong client service focus with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working to compliance standards in a regulated environment
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline and work proactively towards targets
