Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives The Pension Client Services Consultant works with external Brokers and Consultants, the internal sales desk and the Pricing Actuaries to lead transition efforts for Pension Risk Transfer business. This role is responsible for transitioning new business to OneAmerica Financial. The Consultant is responsible for all post placement transition work including implementation, data review and coordinating with internal business partners. This role is also responsible for maintaining an on-going relationship with the Plan Sponsors and intermediaries as needed. What you will need: Oversee, manage, and drive the successful installation of newly sold Pension Risk Transfer cases in a timely and efficient manner. A ct as the subject matter expert for ongoing administration and trouble shoot any issues. Develop and maintain dashboard that tracks performance of key metrics for line of business including ongoing PRT transitions, transition service standards, and ongoing service standards. Ensure that all required communication is performed professionally in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure timely reconciliation with revenue and premium requirements. Work with Consultants, Plan Sponsors, and legal to finalize contractual language. Identify and manage risks to ensure that critical problems are escalated at the earliest opportunity and mitigating actions are put into place. Ensure and maintain on-going data quality and accuracy within our existing database. Research and resolve any discrepancies. Support Pension Analysts and Pension Actuaries as needed. What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree required 3–5 years of pension administration experience required 1–2 years of implementation and/or programming experience required Professional certification recommended: American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) Or a similar industry-recognized certification Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Ability to manage, analyze, and validate large data sets Strong focus on data accuracy and quality control High level of integrity and professionalism Strong attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work accurately with complex pension and benefits data Salary Band: 05B #LI-SH1 This selected candidate will be expected to fully remote. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration. Consistent with applicable pay transparency laws, we disclose the compensation range for this position: $66,000 – $110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as education, experience, geographical location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
