People Analytics & Learning Specialist (f/m/d)

Your area of work: We are looking for a motivated specialist to join our People Analytics team in Prague. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to both advancing our People Analytics function and also closely support the Learning Experience team. You will play a crucial role in using data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and shape our global learning strategy, helping us transform into a learning organization that fosters a culture of continuous development. Your responsibilities: Produce HR reports, analyses, and dashboards for management and other stakeholders to provide insights and support strategic business decisions. Use a data-driven approach to analyze learning needs and skill gaps, Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning as well as wider HR offerings and support their continuous improvement. Support the implementation of new self-service dashboards and reporting solutions, enhancing our People Analytics offerings in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud. Manage and document training activities in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning). Your profile: You have successfully completed a university degree in a relevant field such as HR, Analytics, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, or Social Sciences. You have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in either People Analytics, Data Analytics or a Learning and Development role. You possess excellent analytical skills with a strong affinity for data, numbers, and finding meaningful insights. You have excellent skills in preparing, cleaning, and working with data, particularly in Microsoft Excel. You have experience with HR Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors (including the SuccessFactors Learning module). You are interested and excited to learn about and work with data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI). You have the ability to learn quickly, think creatively, take ownership, and drive progress independently on tasks and projects. You have proficiency in written and spoken English, combined with an open and approachable personality.
