People and Sales Management Specialist Remote

Role Overview The People and Sales Management Specialist Remote role is a full-time position focused on leading and supporting a team of sales professionals while selling yourself in a remote environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, organizing and delivering training sessions, and connecting with families to virtually provide them with family protection packages. The specialist will oversee client interactions to maintain high service standards, support the implementation of sales strategies, and collaborate on process improvements. This role also involves regular virtual office setting, pipeline reviews, and working closely with recruitment and onboarding efforts to build a strong, engaged sales team. What You Can Bring Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities. Candidates should possess Client Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships. Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as prospecting, consultative selling, and closing techniques in a performance-driven environment. Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to design and deliver sales and leadership training in a remote setting. Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, including coaching, performance tracking, and team leadership. Relevant preferred qualifications include prior experience in sales leadership or team lead roles, comfort with remote collaboration tools, and strong organizational and time-management abilities. Experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries is beneficial; a high school diploma is required, and post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
