What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
• Very good command of English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in core Human Resources areas; especially in recruitment, legal processes
• Experience in retail sector
• Active use of MS Office programs
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Demonstrated success as a team player
• Self motivated, able to multitask and result oriented
• Capable of working with flexible hours if necessary
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

• Conduct the whole recruitment operation such as searching resumes via career portals, fulfilling phone interviews and organizing interviews
• Perform competency based face-to-face interviews and make reference checks
• Analyzing and reporting recruitment processes
• Fill vacant positions in accordance with the recruitment plan determined depending on operations departments’ requirements
• Follow up employee files and candidate interview documents
• Responsible for proper administration of personnel changes and personnel data (new hires, resignations, terminations, etc) in HR relevant systems
• Conduct exit interviews
• Visiting the stores in the regions they partner with throughout the year to observe store operations and the employee experience on-site, and to identify regional needs and areas for improvement.
• Regularly monitoring and analyzing turnover rates in the regions they are responsible for, and developing and implementing action plans aimed at reducing employee turnover.
• Act as a consultant to all department executives regarding HR functions
• Facilitate the execution of HR systems & processes and increase the awareness within the company
• Take an active role in HR projects and contributing to the improvement of all HR activities and processes
