You are a seasoned People & Culture professional with a strong business mindset and a passion for making organizations successful through people. You combine strategic thinking with pragmatism and know how to build credibility throw-out our organization. You also know how to prioritize and deal with all aspects of P&C business partnering. You likely bring: Significant experience as a HRBP, People & Culture Business Partner. Proven success supporting senior leaders in complex and changing environments. Experience driving organizational transformation, restructuring, or large-scale change initiatives. Able and use to handle a complex P&C process environment and support with practical solutions Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills. Confidence in challenging established thinking while building strong relationships. Experience working in international and matrix organizations. A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English.
