Support all stages of the employee lifecycle with energy and care, including collaborating with hiring managers to shape role profiles and job ads, assisting with candidate screening and interviews, guiding fair and inclusive selection decisions, conducting reference and background checks, and preparing employment contracts. Help deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience, enabling new starters to hit the ground running from day one; support the creation and maintenance of P&C collateral that champions the employee value proposition. Support key during-employment activities such as documentation, performance processes, learning & development, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and compliance activities. Assist managers across the region with P&C guidelines, processes, and best practices, referring more complex workplace relations matters to the Head of P&C. Support the review and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, helping to ensure they remain current, compliant, and accessible to everyone across the region. Maintain and optimise our internal systems and databases ensuring data integrity, functionality, and relevance. Prepare people reports and generate insights to inform decisions on hiring, turnover, exit interviews, diversity, and engagement. Champion culture initiatives and events that strengthen 3P's culture, driving connection and collaboration across teams, making 3P an inclusive and genuinely great place to work. Collaborate on cross-functional projects as needed, and support Workplace Health and Safety obligations across the region, including psychosocial safety and return-to-work case coordination. What you'll bring: 1-2 years prior exposure to People and Culture, HR, or related team environment, whether through internship, or early-career work experience. Strong organisational and administrative capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a high level of internal customer service. High level of attention to detail, sound judgement, and a proactive mindset; comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS and LMS platforms (BambooHR experience a plus). An awareness of employment legislation and best practices, with a genuine interest in building this knowledge further. Some awareness of Workplace Health and Safety obligations, including psychosocial safety and WHS case management. Ability to support the preparation and presentation of people data and reporting. A genuine 'people person', passionate about building relationships, a great listener, and collaborative by nature. A proactive and enthusiastic learner, ready to move at pace, get things done, and make a real difference to the employee experience. Why you'll love working at 3P Learning: At 3P Learning, you'll be part of a dynamic ASX-listed company with global reach, but still your ideas will be heard, your contributions visible, and your impact real. This role is a fantastic development opportunity, offering a genuine breadth of experience across the full P&C function. You'll be supported with close mentorship and day-to-day guidance from your Head of P&C.
