We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, organisational culture and Employer Branding, and who wants to grow professionally while helping us build the People & Culture function at DEMPO.

You'll work closely with the CEO, our functional leaders and our People Partners, actively contributing to the evolution of our organisation while taking on increasing responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

🌱 Your Mission

Your mission will be to help us attract outstanding talent, create an exceptional employee experience and continue building a culture based on trust, autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement.

You'll work across the organisation alongside Leadership, our People Partners and every team to make working at DEMPO a truly outstanding experience.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of DEMPO's People & Culture strategy.
• Lead talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Design and coordinate an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Develop and promote Employer Branding initiatives together with the Marketing team.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Design initiatives that foster engagement, wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.
• Coordinate internal communications across the company.
• Organise internal events and initiatives that strengthen our culture.
• Manage people administration in collaboration with our external HR and payroll partners.
• Work closely with our People Partners to ensure an outstanding employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives together with the leaders of each functional area.
• Ensure that all People & Culture processes reflect DEMPO's culture and values.
• Propose new initiatives that help position DEMPO as one of the most attractive technology companies to work for.

🎓 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People & Culture, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Experience working in technology companies or highly skilled professional environments.
• Experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience designing onboarding programmes or employee experience initiatives.
• Passion for Employer Branding and organisational culture.
• Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple teams.
• A people-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.

• Experience working in Software Engineering or Software Factory companies.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing on Employer Branding initiatives.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Experience organising internal events and engagement programmes.
• Knowledge of Agile environments.
• Interest in AI applied to People & Culture.
