We're looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Specialist (Senior HRBP) who enjoys building processes, solving complex people challenges, and creating an exceptional employee experience. This role combines operational excellence with strategic HR projects, making it ideal for someone who loves both execution and continuous improvement. You'll work directly with the Head of People & Culture while partnering with leaders across multiple functions and countries. What You'll Do Employee Experience Lead the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Ensure an outstanding employee experience at every stage. Support managers and employees on HR policies, practices and people matters. HR Operations Manage employee administration and ensure legal compliance. Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR documentation. Maintain accurate HRIS, HR Reports and employee records. Improve HR processes through automation and AI where possible. Talent Acquisition Manage recruitment processes for selected positions. Partner with hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives. Performance & Development Coordinate performance management cycles. Support career development and succession planning initiatives. Organize learning and leadership development programs. Culture & Engagement Drive employee engagement initiatives. Organize internal communication activities and company events. Support leadership in building a high-performance culture based on ownership, collaboration and accountability. HR Projects Depending on priorities, you may lead projects related to: Organizational development Performance management HR analytics Compensation & Benefits AI in HR Change management Global HR policies Employer branding What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience. Advanced English (written and spoken). Experience covering multiple HR disciplines rather than only one specialization. Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law. Experience working in fast-growing or technology companies is highly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership. Strong problem-solving mindset. Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms. Bonus Points If You Have Experience supporting international teams. Experience in organizational development. HR analytics experience. AI tools for HR. Experience in scale-up or SaaS/technology environments.
