What you'll be doing: In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs while working closely with senior leadership to drive organisational development. This will also include Talent Programmes for Leadership and our Corporate business unit. You will: Design and implement strategic L&D plans aligned with business objectives Manage and develop a team 1 L&D professional Create comprehensive learning strategies and manage training budgets Develop leadership programs and training content Evaluate program effectiveness and measure training outcomes Coordinate the delivery of our UK Talent programmes Coordinate with our Corporate business unit heads to identify training needs Ensure compliance with required certifications This is a real opportunity to step into a leadership role, reporting to the Head of Learning and Development. You will have management of a training budget, creating direct opportunities to impact organisational effectiveness, with significant autonomy in program design and implementation, as well as working on your own career development, with growth opportunities. What we are looking for: Essential Previous experience within a learning and development role, with strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design, including Talent Programmes Excellent facilitation skills Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms Excellent project management and organisational skills Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, including Senior Leadership stakeholder experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desirable Professional certifications (CIPD, ILM) Experience in change management Knowledge of performance management systems Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field What’s next?
