Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced HR People Operations Coordinator with 3+ years of hands-on HR experience , ideally across multiple employment setups in the EMEA region. You are someone who: Takes initiative and solves HR challenges proactively Delivers consistently accurate, high-quality work Owns and improves end-to-end HR processes Handles team member queries confidently and professionally Thrives in remote or distributed environments while maintaining operational excellence This role requires direct, practical experience in: Full team member lifecycle management (onboarding, active employment, offboarding) HR documentation, compliance, and data accuracy HR systems, workflows, and operational processes Day-to-day HR support across multiple locations If you value structure, quality, and proactive ownership in HR, this role is for you.
