Where you'll create impact Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations Maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS, payroll and internal systems Own HR policies, templates and internal employee communications Help resolve employee relations issues with strong judgment and discretion Ensure smooth, high-quality employee experience across all lifecycle stages Partner with Finance on payroll coordination, compensation changes and audits Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters Experience managing calendars, interview coordination and scheduling across multiple hiring managers and stakeholders What sets you up for success Hardcore work ethic and high agency 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes High judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters Ability to bring structure, clarity and systems to ambiguity Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused Nice to have Familiarity with US employment practices, payroll coordination and compliance Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations Compensation & Benefits Equity: $45,000 - $60,000 Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 Remote-first team - the fastest team you will have ever worked with Home internet, co-working space & office setup support Flexible PTO (27 days incl. public holidays) Unlimited AI token usage AI skills development & enablement Learning & development budget for courses, certifications & language learning Visa sponsorship and relocation support for a move to NYC (after 2 years’ tenure) In-person team meetups (our last ones: Lisbon, Vienna, Warsaw, Cyprus and more!) “The biggest problems are solved by people willing to take on what others think is impossible.
