Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually Your Role: As the People Operations Coordinator, you’ll support both recruiting and day-to-day People Operations, helping create a seamless experience for candidates and employees. You’ll partner with the Corporate Recruiter on hiring activities while supporting HRIS administration, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and People Ops initiatives. Salary: $55,000-$65,000 Location: Remote within the U.S.; candidates based in the Phoenix, AZ area are strongly preferred. What You’ll Do: Recruiting Coordination Support the Corporate Recruiter with the day-to-day recruitment process, from application through onboarding. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and timely experience. Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screens as assigned. Support candidate sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline development. Assist with job postings, candidate assessments, reference checks, background checks, and other recruiting activities. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS. Help coordinate the transition from offer acceptance through onboarding. HRIS & Employee Data Maintain accurate and timely employee information in the HRIS and process employee changes as needed. Assist with HRIS reporting, data audits, and maintaining data integrity. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination of employee activities. Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and other employee changes. Help deliver a welcoming and organized onboarding experience for new employees. Support employee engagement activities and People Ops programs. People Operations Support Provide administrative and project support for People Ops initiatives, programs, and process improvements. Partner with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure People Ops processes are completed accurately and on time. Help identify opportunities to make People Ops processes more efficient, organized, and employee-friendly. Support day-to-day People Ops activities and other projects as needed. Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion and confidentiality. What Makes a Great Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is organized, people-focused, and excited to build a career across recruiting and People Operations. You’ll be a great fit if you have: 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, recruiting, or a related role. Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition processes; sourcing or candidate coordination experience is a plus. Familiarity with an ATS and/or HRIS; ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and time management. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, employees, managers, and cross-functional partners. A service-oriented and approachable communication style with a genuine interest in supporting people. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Comfortable working with sensitive information and exercising sound judgment and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. A curious, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
