SwingDev—a hippo company is the Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company – Hippo Insurance. A lot of this job is hands-on: on-site events, remote bonding activities, employer branding, and more. It needs good planning and attention to detail, but also an open mind, creativity, and energy to bring things to life. Some initiatives you'll own, some you'll support, always with help from the team that have each other’s back. People should feel comfortable coming to you, because you're around, you care, and you ask the right questions. Every company is different, so copying what worked somewhere else is not enough here.
