ABOUT THE JOB The People Partner (HRBP) is a dynamic and tactical HR professional who serves as a dedicated HR point of contact for employees and leaders alike. We are looking for someone ready to take on an entry-level HRBP role, working closely with the senior members of the team while progressively developing broader business-partnering capabilities. This role acts as a bridge between the Business and People & Culture, serving as a mediator, facilitator, and consultant who is also comfortable with hands-on execution. It is designed to strengthen the operational effectiveness of the HRBP team, act as a key liaison with HR Operations, and maintain direct interaction with employees and managers. As a trusted partner, you will contribute to key people initiatives across employee relations, engagement, performance management, development, and organizational change, while gradually building the knowledge, judgment, and confidence required for a broader HRBP scope. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations · Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, internal mobility, organizational changes, and offboarding, in collaboration with HR Operations. · Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, trackers, and system data. · Perform regular HR operational checks, including overtime validation, monthly changes-file reviews, HRBP data pipelines, and systems reconciliations. · Ensure activities are completed accurately, consistently, and within agreed timelines. 3. Employee Relations · Provide initial support in employee relations, performance, behavioral, and interpersonal matters. · Gather information, maintain appropriate documentation, and escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases to Senior HRBPs. · Support fair and consistent application of HR policies and employment practices. · Conduct exit interviews, prepare reports, identify recurring themes, and recommend improvement opportunities. 4. Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility · Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to support recruitment activities and ensure a smooth hiring process. · Participate in interviews and provide structured hiring recommendations. · Support internal mobility processes, balancing employee development aspirations with organizational needs. · Contribute to a positive candidate, onboarding, and employee experience. 5. Performance, Development & Engagement · Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, feedback, and performance improvement actions. · Support employees and managers in identifying development needs, career opportunities, and individual development actions. · Coordinate engagement activities, surveys, pulse checks, and related action plans. · Manage the Recognition & Rewards process, ensuring timely execution, governance, and communication. 6. Reporting, Analytics & Management Support · Create and manage recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, presentations, management updates, and data analyses. · Maintain and improve HR reporting tools, dashboards, and data infrastructure. · Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. · Prepare HR communications and supporting materials for leadership and business meetings. 7. Policies, Compliance & Process Improvement · Lead or support the creation and updating of HR policies, procedures, and workflows. · Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor legislation, internal governance, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements. · Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and continuously improve HR processes. 8. HR Projects & Organizational Change · Support the implementation of HR initiatives, engagement activities, organizational changes, and transformation projects. · Participate in cross-functional HR projects and own agreed workstreams and deliverables. · Prepare communications, presentations, trackers, and supporting materials for project implementation. · Gather stakeholder feedback, monitor progress, and escalate risks or implementation challenges.
