What You'll Be Doing Work with managers and employees to provide practical HR support and guidance. Support manager with employee relations cases coaching and guiding using ACAS best practice Work autonomously Improve, simplify and automate People processes. Drive AI, technology and digital solutions across the People function. Create tools, resources and self-service solutions that empower managers. Challenge outdated ways of working and introduce innovative alternatives. Use data, insight and curiosity to solve complex people problems. Contribute to transformation projects that improve how HR supports the business. What We're Looking For Thinks differently and challenges the norm. Loves solving problems and untangling complexity. Is curious about AI, automation and the future of HR. Gets energy from improving processes and creating better experiences. Enjoys empowering managers rather than creating dependency. Has experience in ER, HR Systems or Process Improvement. Wants the autonomy to make a genuine impact.
