We’re looking for a People Services Coordinator to join our People Services team and deliver responsive, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the People Services & Programs Advisor, you’ll work closely with employees, leaders and the broader People Team to deliver a seamless employee experience and keep things moving.
Job Description
What you’ll do
Support onboarding, employment changes and employee lifecycle processes.
Provide responsive support to employees and leaders, resolving enquiries and escalating complex matters when needed.
Coordinate work rights, visa and compliance requirements, including VEVO checks.
Maintain accurate employee and HRIS records and support system improvements.
Partner with Payroll, Recruitment and the broader People Team to resolve issues and deliver great outcomes.
Support key People initiatives, including Capability & Career Conversations and the SDE Awards.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the employee experience.
Desired Skills And Experience
What you’ll bring
Experience in People Services, HR coordination or a similar HR environment.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
A customer-focused approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
A proactive, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with HRIS and workforce systems.
Previous experience with work rights, or employment compliance is highly regarded.
