Instagram | TikTok | Culture page Role Mission Support the EMEA People Operations team in delivering seamless daily HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management across multiple countries. As a Trainee, you will gain hands-on operational exposure while maintaining accurate employee records and assisting senior team members with regional compliance. #LI-MS2 Key responsibilities Help gather, organize, and double-check monthly payroll inputs across different locations in coordination with internal leads and external providers. Maintain up-to-date, compliant employee records across HR software platforms, including Personio, Deel, and ADP Celergo. Act as a first point of contact for basic, routine employee inquiries regarding HR documentation, administrative workflows, and policies. Support the archiving and maintenance of employment contracts, personnel files, and statutory documentation for countries in scope (e.g., Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania). Contribute to process optimization tasks by identifying administrative bottlenecks and helping refine People Ops team templates and guides. Assist the People Ops team with day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding logistics, offboarding documentation, and profile updates. Skills & experience Educational background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline. Strong interest in international People Operations, employment administration, and basic European labor compliance (especially Spain). High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and comfort working with HR management software (e.g., Personio, Deel, ADP). Excellent organizational skills and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential employee data. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish; additional proficiency in Italian, Portuguese, or Romanian is a strong advantage. Benefits Work your way — Flexible schedule, and hybrid work.
