Job Description - Performance Analyst 1, Consumer Access, FT, 8:30A-5P (161365) Our compensation guidelines for internal transfers are as follows: Transfers from one job to the other, where the grades are the same, are considered lateral transfers, and there are no salary increases. Transfers to jobs in lower grades will result in a decrease in pay. Transfers to jobs in a higher pay grade usually results in a promotional increase. No pay action will put the employee above the salary range maximum. Performance Analyst 1, Consumer Access, FT, 8:30A-5P - 161365 Description Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format. Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills. Qualifications Degrees: Bachelors. Additional Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts. At least three years experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master‘s degree may be substituted for two years of experience). Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized. Knowledge of Lean principles desired.
