Our Digital Agency Platform is looking for a Performance Analyst to help drive digital marketing performance for leading automotive brands across Latin America. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, transforming data into actionable insights, and ensuring marketing investments deliver strong business results. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve campaign performance, and support strategic decision-making. What you'll do Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms to achieve lead generation and business performance goals. Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality, and return on investment. Prepare and deliver performance reports, business insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Lead performance review meetings and provide strategic guidance based on campaign results and market trends. Track key marketing metrics and communicate findings through clear and compelling data storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, analytics, creative, web, and CRM specialists to maximize campaign effectiveness. Conduct benchmark and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and best practices within the industry. About you Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, YouTube and PMax), Meta Ads, TikTok and programmatic advertising buying. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and metrics analysis. Client facing experience and soft skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
