Performance Engineer at BairesDev

As a Performance Engineer, you will identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the entire technology stack. You will ensure system efficiency and scalability by conducting deep profiling and benchmarking across various platforms and languages.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive profiling and benchmarking to identify performance bottlenecks across various applications and platforms.
• Design and execute load testing strategies to ensure systems can handle peak traffic and scale effectively.
• Analyze system performance using APM tools to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement performance-tuning measures and improve resource utilization.
• Establish performance baselines and monitor key metrics to prevent regressions in production environments.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Proficiency in profiling, benchmarking, and load testing tools and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions.
• Strong background in system optimization and architectural performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
