🚨 We're hiring: Performance Marketer (Part-time)

📍 Remote

Safra is an AI-first travel platform based in Abu Dhabi. A traveller tells us the trip they want and gets a personalised, bookable itinerary in seconds. Our customers are GCC couples and families planning leisure travel.

We work UAE hours, so candidates within two hours of GST are preferred. You will own performance marketing and report to the founder.

🎯 What you'll own

• Paid social end to end across Snapchat, TikTok and Meta, including the budget.
• Channel strategy and spend decisions.
• Direction of our in-house video editor and static designer.
• Audiences, segments and the testing roadmap.
• CPA reporting by channel and segment, and what happens next based on it.

✅ What we need

• Hands-on in Ads Manager now. You build and optimise campaigns yourself.
• Real Snapchat Ads experience at meaningful budget.
• Meta Ads depth: account structure, audiences, creative testing, Conversions API.
• You have bought against GCC audiences in Saudi, UAE and Kuwait, and you know the CPMs and CPAs there.
• Arabic at full professional fluency, with ad copy that reads naturally to a Gulf reader.
