Role Description

This full-time remote Performance Marketer role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads. You will own paid acquisition from research and creative strategy through copy, campaign management, and reporting. You will do market research, develop the angles and hooks, write the ad copy and video scripts, brief our in-house designer and content creators, and build and run the campaigns yourself.

Success in this role looks like one thing: a predictable flow of booked sales calls from US business owners, measured in cost per booked call.

Compensation

$2,400 to $3,800 USD per month, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Do market research on target audiences, competitors, and the advertising strategies working in our category.
• Write hooks, headlines, ad copy, calls to action, and scripts for video ads and UGC creators.
• Create creative briefs and give clear direction to designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Develop advertising angles based on customer pain points, needs, and buying triggers.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, audiences, keywords, and creative.
• Analyze which creatives, hooks, and messages perform best and feed the results into new concepts.
• Track leads and booked calls through the landing page and CRM, and manage pixel and conversion tracking.
• Report weekly on spend, results, learnings, and next tests.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and funnel optimization, including audience segmentation, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing across landing pages and ads.
• Strong written and visual communication skills for creating clear ad copy and concise performance reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams through digital tools and meetings.
• Relevant experience in recruitment marketing, B2B services, or talent acquisition-focused campaigns is preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal, with clear and professional communication skills.
