Make Your Mark as a Performance Marketing Director at Storio group About the role: You will be based in our Amsterdam office, where you will guide our global marketing channels including search, social, display, and partnerships. You look after our global marketing investment budget across all markets. Your work directly shapes our growth and helps us connect with millions of customers across all markets. You report straight to the CMCO and lead a talented international team of about 20 people. The team delivers commercial excellence by combining human creativity with smart technology. You work closely with senior leaders and shareholders to build our marketing ecosystem. By using data and machine learning you help us make smart choices every day. This position is vital for our financial success and helps us safeguard the memories our customers trust us with. How you embrace curiosity daily You oversee the day to day performance of our paid channels to ensure flawless execution You experiment with machine learning and AI tools to automate our marketing programs You run fast testing cycles to discover new marketing capabilities and scale our sales You manage and mentor senior functional leads to support their individual career growth You collaborate with teams like product and analytics to keep our growth pipeline moving You build strong relationships with global partners like Google and Meta to stay ahead of market trends How you make your mark You own a significant part of our profit and loss targets by driving new customer acquisition You architect a unified investment strategy across all global channels to align with our business goals You deliver high marketing efficiency and return on investment across our entire budget You partner with our CFO to build rigorous measurement frameworks that align marketing and finance data You protect our business by proactively managing risks related to shifting data privacy landscapes You build a high performance culture where team members feel empowered and share a clear sense of purpose What you bring to the team You have deep performance marketing expertise with a focus on mobile marketing and paid social You bring a proven track record of managing large budgets and driving complex marketing metrics You have experience leading international teams within a fast paced ecommerce environment You possess strong analytical skills and love extracting clear insights from complex datasets You are an excellent communicator who can turn complex data into simple stories for executive boards What sets you apart You hold a formal degree in marketing, business, or a related field You have experience navigating post omnibus regulatory environments About us At Storio Group, we help people hold onto life's moments.
