We are a Jordan & Dubai-based AI Growth & Production company helping brands across the Middle East grow through AI Commercial Production, Performance Marketing, and AI Automation.

We are building our initial team around a new model where creative production, paid media, data, and automation work together to generate measurable business results.

The role starts fully remote, with potential future opportunities to work from Jordan or Dubai as the company grows.

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist who understands that successful advertising is not just about launching campaigns.

You will help build the full growth loop:

Creative → Advertising → Lead → Qualification → Follow-up → Conversion

You will work closely with the AI Creative Producer to identify winning creative concepts and with the AI Automation Engineer to improve the journey from lead to customer.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Build lead generation, conversion, e-commerce, and remarketing campaigns.
• Develop campaign structures and marketing funnels.
• Create creative testing strategies.
• Test hooks, offers, messages, audiences, formats, and visual concepts.
• Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, and relevant business metrics.
• Optimize campaigns, audiences, budgets, and creatives.
• Build retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Manage pixels, events, tracking, and Conversion API.
• Analyze landing pages and identify conversion opportunities.
• Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations.
• Turn campaign performance data into new creative ideas.
• Work with the automation team to improve lead qualification and follow-up.
• Help build repeatable growth frameworks and internal performance systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong Meta Ads experience.
• Solid Google Ads knowledge.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels.
• Experience with tracking, pixels, events, and attribution.
• Experience with creative testing.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good English communication skills.
