What you'll do: You will join one of our Country Teams to help shape Emma's marketing strategy and establish Emma as the leading sleep brand in the market. You will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders. You will assist the one of our Country Teams on global data analysis and ideate best practices. You will help the team build a data-driven performance marketing playbook to scale your channel(s) globally. You will coordinate with country experts on the implementation of Performance Marketing recommendations. You will support on content creation and seasonal campaign runs Who we're looking for: You are fluent in English, being a Dutch speaker is a plus. You have an analytical mind, love to look at data, and have a passion for problem-solving and identifying root causes. You're comfortable with numbers and genuinely driven by the result - not just completing the task, but checking up on how it actually performed. You have collaborative skills and can Ideate You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects. You are structured and organized. You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously. You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
