Fabrik runs growth for premium fashion, footwear and sports brands across the UK, EU and Middle East. Paid, content, Shopify Plus and wholesale under one brief and one invoice. Their own line is "bought against margin, not revenue", and they are priced that way too, a retainer plus a share of client growth.

This seat owns Meta and Google inside that model. Not the strategy layer above it: the accounts themselves, every day, across the portfolio.

What you'll own:

• Revenue, MER, CAC and margin targets turned into paid plans built around collections, drops and markdowns
• Meta execution: prospecting, retention, reactivation and dynamic product ads
• Google execution: Search, Shopping and Performance Max
• Budgets from early testing to scaled five and six figure months
• Blended performance through Triple Whale and GA4, aligned with stock and sell-through
• Feeds and tracking: pixels, events, CAPI, UTMs, Feedoptimise or similar
• Weekly and monthly reporting in plain language

What you'll need:

• 3+ years hands-on paid media in ecommerce, building the accounts yourself
• Deep Meta Ads craft, and solid Google across Search, Shopping and PMax
• Fashion, footwear or sports on your CV. You know why a broken size curve changes the plan that week
• Agency rhythm across several clients
• MER, contribution margin, CAC against LTV. Not just recognised, used

What you'll get:

£40,000 to £45,000 base and up to £55,000 OTE, through a bonus pool funded by Fabrik's share of client sales.
