Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air is a highly rated Miami company serving residential and commercial customers across Miami-Dade and Broward. We handle leak repair, water heaters, drain cleaning, camera inspection, repiping, and the full range of air conditioning repair, maintenance, and installation — emergency dispatch when it's urgent, scheduled work when it isn't. Founded in 1990, 17 vehicles, four locations.
The same owner runs two more companies you'll also market: JMK Property Management (residential property management) and JMK Contractor (general contracting and new construction).
Three brands, three very different buyers: a homeowner whose AC died in August, a landlord deciding who manages their building, and an architect choosing a builder. You'll speak to all three.
We run on EOS/Traction — quarterly Rocks, weekly Level 10 meetings, a scoreboard. Everyone here knows their numbers and reports them every week. That's not pressure, it's clarity. Nobody has to guess whether they're doing a good job.
You own the phone ringing. Every paid lead, every organic call, every form fill across three companies runs through campaigns you build, creative you make, and pages you write — and you're measured on cost per lead and cost per booked job, not on impressions.
Today the owner does all of this himself. He's handing it to you.
You will be our only marketing person. You'll report to our Operations Manager, but there is no marketing team above you and none below you — nobody is going to hand you a plan or assign you your week.
You are a marketer who builds and launches — not one who reports on what an agency built. If your last three years were spent in status meetings and slide decks, this will be a difficult transition. If you've been waiting for someone to hand you the budget and get out of your way, this is that job.
Paid social — your center of gravity. Meta campaigns for Sunny Bliss in English and Spanish: prospecting, retargeting, call campaigns, lead forms. You'll build ad sets, manage budgets, rotate creative before fatigue sets in, and read the numbers weekly. Our Spanish campaigns currently produce leads about 3x more efficiently than our English ones. Working out why, and pushing that further, is one of the first real questions you'll answer.
Paid search oversight. Google Ads and Local Services Ads are run by an outside agency spending roughly $40,000 a month. You don't operate those accounts — you hold that agency accountable for them. That means arriving at calls having already pulled the numbers yourself, asking why a conversion costs what it costs, and being comfortable pushing back on a vendor who'd rather send a deck than an answer.
Creative production. You write the copy and you make the images and short video. We shoot real field photos, have a library of professional shots, and use AI tools for concepting and image generation. We don't want one polished ad a month. We want a steady stream of concepts, tested honestly, with the losers killed quickly and without sentiment.
Landing pages and conversion. The ad is half the job. You'll build and test landing pages, offers, and forms, and you'll care as much about what happens after the click as before it.
Tracking and attribution. You own knowing where a lead actually came from — pixels, conversion tracking, call tracking, UTMs, lead source hygiene in our CRM. If our numbers are wrong, that's your problem to find and fix.
SEO, Google Business Profiles, and website content. Four Google Business Profiles across Miami-Dade — categories, photos, services, reviews. Local landing pages, service pages, FAQs, and technical hygiene (redirects, 404s, page speed) across our sites. You'll live in Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
We've been specific about the personality here on purpose, because skills can be taught and these things mostly can't.
You're uncomfortable when you don't know the number. If someone asked you right now what your campaigns cost per lead last week, you'd want to answer without opening a spreadsheet. You think in unit economics — cost per lead, cost per booked job, revenue per source — and you volunteer those numbers before anyone asks.
You're not precious about your own work. You'd rather ship ten concepts and have seven fail than defend one idea for a month. When the data says your favorite ad is losing, you turn it off the same day.
You're stubborn in the face of platform nonsense. Meta will reject an ad while approving an identical one. Accounts break. Support sends canned answers. The right person treats that as a normal Tuesday — files the appeal, builds the workaround, keeps moving. If you need platforms to behave rationally, this job will make you miserable.
You're genuinely bilingual. You write natural, idiomatic Spanish for a South Florida Hispanic audience and natural English for a US homeowner audience. Not translated — written. Both, in your own voice.
You manage yourself. You're remote, in another country, and the person you report to runs operations — not marketing. They'll hold you to your numbers, but they won't tell you which campaign to build. You'll arrive on Monday with your own agenda and a report nobody asked for.
You'll be politely difficult with vendors. Part of this job is asking an agency uncomfortable questions on our behalf and not backing down when the answer is vague.
You're resourceful with tools. Comfortable across ad platforms, analytics, CRM, WordPress, Search Console, spreadsheets, and AI tools. When you need data, your instinct is to go get it rather than request a dashboard. We don't care what you studied or what your degree says — we care that this is how you think.
Nice to have: home services, HVAC, plumbing, contracting, or property management experience. Experience marketing multiple brands to different buyer types. Familiarity with EOS/Traction. Experience with field-service or property software (we run ServiceTitan and AppFolio).
We have no degree requirement of any kind.
Two steps. Both are required — we only review candidates who complete both.

Before you record, have one number ready: a campaign where you brought cost per lead down, what it was before, and what it was after. That's the first thing we ask, and it's what we care most about.
Please don't send a cover letter about your passion for marketing. Send the resume, record the video.
