Performance Marketing Manager - Master English Are you a growth-minded performance marketing specialist who would like to join our highly skilled scale-up team to revolutionize digital English learning with AI and to grow fast on a global scale? Our advertising spend is currently about 400k$ per month, and we are looking to increase it further during the coming months as we are looking to start the next phase in our international growth. That’s why we are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our data-oriented marketing team in Tampere, Finland. This is a permanent role in which we expect you to learn and take on responsibilities quickly. You will have selected hands-on focus areas for our user acquisition in Meta, Google, and possibly in other channels as well. You will work in our marketing team, which produces creatives in-house every week, and you will report to a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. We expect you to quickly understand what has been working for us so far and, while maintaining that, start contributing your own ideas and insights as well. Our spacious office is located at Sumeliuksenkatu in Tampere . We value teamwork and close collaboration, which is why we currently work together at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, while other days offer flexibility for remote work. The work is done during regular working hours with a sliding start time (7–9) and end time (15–17). The salary range for this position is 4000–5000 €/month. Key responsibilities: Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns hands-on in Meta, Google, and possibly in other channels. Especially updating and rotating creative assets in the campaigns according to results. Constantly optimizing our user acquisition towards ROAS and growth, according to company strategy. Evaluating key performance metrics, executing tests (creatives, channels, media products), and optimizing accordingly to achieve targets. Working closely together with our in-house creative team and Senior Performance Marketing Manager to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance. Staying on top of the most up-to-date industry trends, the competitive digital landscape, user needs, and the latest digital marketing products to continuously learn and innovate. A coordinating role with our organic social media posting. What do we expect from you? 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing conversion or ROAS-based Meta and Google Ads campaigns. You can share learnings on what has worked and what has not. You have a practical understanding of Meta and Google ads, especially regarding conversion-based campaigns. Additional platforms are a big plus (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, X, ad networks). You have a passion for optimization to drive performance targets. You have an eye for ad creatives that drive ROAS and sales. You have a proactive attitude and you enjoy problem-solving and constant change. You are a self-starter who can work independently to achieve agreed-upon goals, but you also know how to work effectively as a team member and how to follow instructions. A relevant degree in business or other relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, computer science), or equivalent practical experience. Good communication skills in English for cooperating with both technical and creative colleagues. An outstanding applicant would also have some of the following: Copywriting experience Fluent skills in Spanish, Italian, German or Portuguese. Experience in organic audience building in social media. Experience with Google Analytics or another relevant analytics platform. Experience with ASO and/or SEO.
