Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Teilzeit

Bytes & Pixels is a Munich-based tech company building Labeless - a mobile app that helps consumers make healthier food choices by scanning product barcodes for nutritional insights. We are looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Manager to drive our growth through data-driven acquisition campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads and Web2App funnels. If you are passionate about mobile growth, love working with data, and want to make a real impact at a fast-moving startup, we would love to hear from you. \- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a focus on improving ROAS and lowering CPA \- Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs \- Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.g. skincare vertical) to expand our user base \- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations \- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team \- Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC) \- Stay up to date on platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid acquisition channels \- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile app or D2C environment \- Strong experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager) \- Familiarity with Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar) \- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs \- Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages \- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup environment \- Fluent in English; German is a plus \- Based in or near Munich, or willing to work in a hybrid setup \- Flexible part-time schedule that fits around your life \- Hybrid work setup with a Munich-based office \- Direct impact on the growth of a product used by thousands of health-conscious consumers \- Work closely with the founder in a small, entrepreneurial team \- Freedom to experiment, learn, and shape the marketing strategy from the ground up \- Access to cutting-edge AI tools and an innovative tech environment Excited about helping people make healthier choices while growing your marketing skills?
