Performance Marketing Specialist (Italian)

We are looking for an Italian Performance Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our brand in Italy. Your role will involve managing acquisition channels for this market, ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of our paid campaigns, maintaining the health of our product catalog, planning and managing organic growth, and overseeing any other activities related to traffic acquisition channels for our Italian website. You will be the person responsible for “making things happen”, working closely with the Sales and E-commerce teams to achieve the company’s goals.

Role & Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns, from setup to ongoing optimization.
• Manage assigned budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Launch new acquisition channels and implement acquisition strategies.
• Manage product catalogs to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.

Organic Content Development & Optimization

• Analyze existing organic positioning across all our markets and manage on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
• Optimize website architecture and content, with the ability to write SEO-optimized copy adapted to the Italian market and culture.
• Conduct competitor analysis, monitor and fix SEO issues, and follow up on link-building strategies.

Traffic Analysis & Reporting

• Create, manage, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly traffic reports.
• Extract and analyze data, providing recommendations based on KPIs to support traffic optimization and decision-making.
• Use reporting and analytics tools such as GA4, Qlik (BI), and Looker Studio.

Your profile – You’re a Great Fit for This Role If:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and advanced Spanish skills for internal communication.
• You have at least 2 years of experience managing campaigns, mainly in Google Ads, including handling and allocating significant budgets.
• You have experience in e-commerce and product feed management, and can identify and fix common issues (disapproved products, out-of-stock items, etc.).
• You are familiar with digital KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate; analyzing these metrics is part of your daily routine, and you have a strong results-driven mindset.
• You are comfortable performing performance analysis, combining sales and traffic data, and identifying growth opportunities.
• You know how to conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking within your industry.
• You have strong writing skills and can create, edit, and improve website content and ad copy.
• You have great attention to detail: if a campaign stops spending, a tracking pixel breaks, or sales suddenly drop, you’ll be the first to detect and report it.

Additionally

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to clearly explain and report implemented actions.
• Comfortable using AI tools, creating effective prompts, and integrating AI into daily workflows.
• Key Skills: Proactivity, autonomy, analytical thinking, curiosity/challenging mindset, and teamwork.
