Our Client: Our client is a full-service influencer marketing agency built on data, creativity, and results. They partner with mid-market and enterprise brands to design and execute influencer programs that drive real business outcomes, from awareness and content production to conversion and long-term brand equity. Our client combines proprietary technology, strategy, creativity, and performance marketing to provide deeper visibility into influencer performance, audience quality, and campaign analytics. They are a remote-first team of strategists, creatives, operators, and data thinkers who move quickly, think big, and care deeply about delivering great work. About the Role: Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Own campaign builds, launches, QA, ongoing optimization, and budget pacing — start to finish. Implement data-driven optimizations across creative, audiences, structure, and bidding — with clear documentation of rationale. Serve as a primary client contact — run performance calls, deliver clear recaps, and proactively communicate wins, risks, and recommendations. Write clear, compelling performance recaps and updates that translate data into business-relevant narratives. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and internal leads to deliver integrated growth programs. What We're Looking For: 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, senior enough to operate with full independence. Expert-level Meta and TikTok platform fluency; YouTube and Pinterest a plus. Strong analytical instincts, you read performance, form a hypothesis, take action, and document what you learned. Detail-oriented with a track record of error-free execution across complex account structures and larger budgets. Proactive and autonomous, you surface issues before being asked and bring solutions alongside problems. Experience with measurement & attribution frameworks across the funnel (brand lift, sales lift, search lift, e-commerce) a plus. Qualifications: Accounts are running cleanly — launched on time, structured correctly, budgets pacing accurately. Optimizations are consistent, thoughtful, and documented — the team can follow your logic. Clients feel informed and confident — you're proactively sharing updates, not just responding to requests. Performance recaps are clear and strategic, not just metrics exports. You're flagging strategic opportunities and risks without being asked.
