The Performance & Reward Lead is a hands-on specialist role responsible for delivering and enhancing TLC's performance and remuneration frameworks. You'll lead the annual performance and remuneration review cycle in collaboration with the Performance & Reward Analyst, provide expert advice to leaders and P&C teams, support employee benefits initiatives, and use data-driven insights to drive effective reward outcomes across the business. What you’ll do Lead TLC's performance management framework, including annual cycle delivery, reporting, communications and continuous improvement. Lead calibration and moderation across the enterprise, and build manager and Business Partner capability through guidance, coaching and training on performance framework application. Act as the trusted advisor to leaders and People & Culture teams on performance matters – framework interpretation, rating conversations and the link between performance and reward outcomes. In collaboration with the Performance & Reward Analyst, set remuneration positioning strategy and maintain job architecture, conducting Korn Ferry job evaluation and salary band design to ensure structures remain fit for purpose. Manager and deliver the Annual Remuneration Review process ensuring fair, consistent and commercially sound outcomes in collaboration with the Performance & Reward Analyst. Support the Head of Reward, Insights & People Operations on executive reward design and market research, and prepare high-quality SLT, Board and Committee papers aligned to charter and ASX requirements. What you’ll bring Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or a related discipline. 6+ years' experience in a performance and/or reward role, ideally within a listed or complex corporate environment. Alternatively, may have come from a Business Partnering background. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM) and remuneration survey tools. Experience with Executive Reward in an ASX environment, and the preparation of papers. Demonstrated experience administering annual remuneration review and performance cycles in a mid-to-large organisation. Familiarity with Korn Ferry (Hay) job evaluation methodology.
