Performance Test Lead

Role Summary Leads enterprise performance engineering efforts to ensure system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud and hybrid environments. Responsible for designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies while identifying bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. Works closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness, optimize system performance, and support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS environments. Primary Tools Apache JMeter Akamai CloudTest Azure Load Testing Azure Application Insights Azure DB Metrics AKS Container Monitoring PowerShell Monitoring Scripts.
