M9 Solutions is seeking a Performance Tester to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required. Responsibilities: Provide support for performance testing and automation initiatives for teams and projects enterprise-wide. Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of testing processes. Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational and security standards. Create, update, and manage training materials for performance testing and automation, ensuring they align with industry trends and organizational needs. Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to cross-functional teams to enhance their ability to execute automation and performance testing, driving continuous quality improvement. Simulate hundreds/thousands of virtual users (Vusers). Capture KPIs like response time, throughput, error rate. Support different protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, web services, etc., depending on licensing). Provide analysis reports and graphs to identify bottlenecks. Administrative support for maintenance of testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, UFT, etc. Performance testing SDLC executions, development of performance test Scripts, test plans, test executions, analysis, and reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required. An active Public Trust level clearance is required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferred. Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience with LoadRunner Enterprise, 5 years with ALM and UFT, and software development preferred.
