Permit Civil Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Permit Civil Engineer to manage the permitting process for construction projects. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with local authorities, and streamlining permit approvals to keep projects on schedule. The role involves proficient English language skills and the ability to interpret and analyze technical documents effectively, according to the Department of Buildings processes and guidelines . WE WILL REQUEST A VOICE NOTE FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS. ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION. Soft Skills Required: Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior. Reliability: Ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion by committing to the project they’re involved in. Desirable knowledge & skills: Experience in Engineering projects (Residential and commercial) Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes in the US and the Department of Buildings DOB.
