Position Overview We are seeking for a Personal Banking Virtual Relationship Manager (PB V-RM) to join our v-Banking part of our External Networks & Alternative Channels in Retail Banking Networks at Thessaloniki. By joining this role, you’ll be part of the v-banking unit (physical presence needed), responsible for holistic service and development of relationship management through an innovative communication channel - video conferencing - by managing assigned Personal Banking Prime customers. The PB V-RM is a key sales management role of the Personal V-Banking unit, responsible for the development of the assigned clientele, as well as the achievement of the strategic goals of the Personal Banking Segment. Additionally, the position offers the opportunity of strengthening knowledge in digital communication networks and promoting an innovative channel in the Greek banking market. Your key responsibilities will be to: Achieve the strategic goals of the Segment as well as ensure the smooth operation of relevant activities throughout the Personal V-Banking Unit Manage and develop assigned prime customer portfolios as well as attract new prime customers Collaborate efficiently with other v-rms and branch pb rms, to achieve common business goals monitor and research market and competitive developments to inform your assigned customers You will be a great candidate for us if you: Have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking Hold a Bachelor and postgraduate degrees in Finance or Business Administration. Hold Certification for Providing Investment Advice (type B) and Certification in Insurance Mediation (type A). Have Good knowledge and utilization of modern technological applications and ability to communicate through alternative channels and Social Media (Skype, FaceTime, Video Conferencing). Are Proficient of the MS Office suite Are fluent in English language. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude. Bring your enthusiasm!
