Title: Personal Brand Content Lead

Time: Full-Time (~60 hours/week)

Location: Remote (Any Time Zone)

Compensation: $70,000/y base USD ($60k/y bonus on performance USD)

Our client runs a high-profile personal brand with 1.6 million followers on Instagram, serving as the primary acquisition channel and public face for the largest faceless YouTube community globally. Their network supports students in generating over 100 million views and $500,000 in monthly AdSense revenue by teaching individuals how to build successful channels.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a driven Personal Brand Content Lead to accelerate the growth of their Instagram profile and audience. In this role, you will lead the charge on content creation, researching trends, testing new formats, and optimizing post performance. This is a hands-on execution role where you will generate original ideas, pitch them daily, and build them into finished assets to expand brand reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously research personal brands, target profiles, and trending formats to adapt innovative ideas for the brand and its core offer.

• Pitch strategic content concepts to leadership daily and drive approved ideas through execution.

• Draft compelling copy, write engaging hooks and headlines, and assemble rough edits for social media posts.

• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive growth.

• Collaboratively bring concepts to life rather than relying solely on delegation or advisory output.

Qualifications

• Proven track record contributing to a large personal brand with portfolio examples of pitched concepts, content creation, and final execution.

• Demonstrated experience leading content operations for a personal brand with approximately 300,000+ followers.

• Deep passion for analyzing digital content trends, creative strategy, and social growth tactics.

• Strong ability to articulate, defend, and iterate on creative choices.

• Self-motivated with high standards for content quality and execution.
