This is a fully online role. You determine your own working schedule and decide how you organise your working time.

About the Opportunity

You will work for an internationally established provider of leadership and personal development programmes, with more than 16 years of experience and a presence in over 100 countries.

The organisation provides established training programmes, educational resources and events designed to help people strengthen their leadership capabilities, expand their thinking and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth.

As a Personal Development Programme Consultant, your role is to identify and develop your own prospective client relationships and introduce suitable programmes to people who are interested in continuing their personal and professional development.

You will work with an established portfolio of programmes and events. You do not need to create your own training or coaching programmes.

What You'll Do

• Build and develop your own network of prospective clients through professional networking, referrals, digital channels and other appropriate activities.

• Identify people who have an interest in personal and professional development.

• Build genuine professional relationships and understand their goals and interests.

• Introduce relevant existing training programmes, educational resources and events.

• Explain programme content, format and benefits clearly and professionally.

• Answer questions and support prospective clients throughout their decision-making process.

• Follow up with people who have expressed an interest.

• Develop your own knowledge of leadership and personal development.

• Manage your own activities, priorities and schedule in a fully online environment.

About You

• Have experience in sales, recruitment, HR, consulting, business development, client engagement or another people-focused commercial role.

• Are comfortable identifying opportunities and taking initiative to develop them.

• Have a genuine interest in personal development and people who want to continue learning and growing.

• Are confident communicating with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds.

• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Are organised and able to manage your own time and priorities.

• Have a professional, consultative communication style.

Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken, as you will work with an international audience.
