The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Case Manager to manage pre-litigation motor vehicle accident cases from intake through demand readiness. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation caseload. Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and bills. Handle property damage claims and support case progression. Maintain accurate case documentation and prepare files for demand readiness. Fluent in English and Spanish. Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience handling motor vehicle accident cases. Experience coordinating medical treatment, insurance communications, property damage claims, and case progression. Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm and managing a high-volume caseload.
