As we continue to grow, Collectivfide is looking for a Personal Lines Flex Broker to join our newly established Shared Services team, a vital, service-first role supporting our network of 13 brokerages. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, friendly, adaptable, and ready to step in and make an impact wherever support is needed. This isn’t a traditional “one desk, one book” brokerage role. It’s built for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, prides themselves on providing great customer service, and being the person teams rely on when it matters most. In this role, you’ll support multiple brokerages across our network, bringing stability to busy teams and helping deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience …and they’ll love you for it! What You’ll Be Doing Handle day-to-day personal lines servicing with confidence and care using EPIC.
