Personal Shopper in Ukraine

Role Description

This is a fully remote Personal Shopper role based in Ukraine. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' unique needs and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

Confirming and negotiating product prices.

Checking and optimising shipping costs to Japan.

Managing and tracking orders from procurement to dispatch.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and customer experience mindset.

Proven sales experience with the ability to accurately understand customer needs.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Previous experience in personal shopping, procurement, or the retail industry is a plus.
