PH - Creative Execution Specialist (4-month Contract)

Role Description As a Creative Execution Specialist , you will support the execution of Thinking Machines' marketing initiatives across the Philippines and Singapore. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will develop creative content and marketing assets that communicate client success stories, consulting expertise, and AI product messaging to strengthen brand awareness, engage prospective customers, and support lead generation for ChatGPT Business and related Thinking Machines services. You will support the following efforts: Visual Branding Across Digital Touchpoints You will help implement the corporate website refresh and ensure consistency across external-facing marketing materials. This includes creating marketing assets for the website, social media, and other communication channels while applying and maintaining the company's evolving brand standards. Marketing Campaigns for ChatGPT Business You will maintain and optimize the ChatGPT Business landing page, support SEO initiatives to improve discoverability, and manage content for the company's LinkedIn presence. You will use campaign insights and performance data to continuously improve messaging, content formats, and calls-to-action that contribute to marketing engagement and lead generation. Sales Enablement As part of our sales enablement efforts, you will help organize and improve the way marketing content is created and maintained. Working alongside the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Consulting teams, you will contribute to establishing content workflows, maintaining content standards, and improving the accessibility of case studies and proposal materials. You will also collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate technical AI concepts, consulting insights, and client outcomes into clear, engaging marketing content for business audiences. Workshops, Events, and Community Initiatives You will also support the creative execution of workshops, events, and community initiatives by developing branded event collateral and promotional content. This includes creating marketing materials for programs such as AI Second Brain Workshops, Codex Hackathons, and other company-led events while ensuring a consistent visual identity across all event communications. Across all responsibilities, you are expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, creativity, and execution . You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, and delivering high-quality marketing assets that align with established brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Your goal is to help execute effective marketing initiatives that strengthen Thinking Machines' brand presence and support commercial growth. This role is offered as a 4-month contract initially, with potential to extend based on business needs. Role Requirements We're looking for someone who: 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, creative services, or related fields is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Has demonstrated experience creating marketing content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral. Has strong visual communication skills and an understanding of brand consistency across digital and print materials. Has experience working with website content management systems, SEO fundamentals, and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Uses campaign performance data and feedback to refine content, messaging, and creative assets that improve audience engagement. Has demonstrated experience supporting or executing: Digital marketing campaigns Website and landing page content updates Social media content calendars and publishing Case studies and sales enablement materials Event and workshop marketing collateral Has working knowledge of common design tools such as Figma and Canva. Is comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and creative workflows, and is eager to learn and adopt new tools such as Clueso and Pixel. Can translate technical concepts, client success stories, and business insights into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences. Has strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, coordinate feedback, and meet deadlines. Pays close attention to detail and consistently produces polished, high-quality work that aligns with established brand guidelines. Has high initiative and is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders to execute marketing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
