Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Remote (Philippines) Employment Type: Full-Time Rate: $10 - $15 AUD/hour (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Headhunter based in the Philippines to recruit top-tier technical professionals for permanent roles with Australian clients. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive recruiter with exceptional sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruiting for technical or IT positions, understands the Australian recruitment market, and is confident engaging passive candidates. Experience recruiting for high-level U.S. technical roles is also highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Source, headhunt, and recruit high-caliber technical professionals for Australian permanent positions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency assessments. Present qualified candidates with detailed endorsements. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing techniques to identify passive talent. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process. Meet recruitment KPIs while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical or IT roles . Proven experience recruiting for the Australian market , particularly permanent placements. Excellent headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills. Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices. Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search. Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven. Able to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for high-end U.S. technical roles . Experience in agency recruitment or executive search.
