Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Accra, with flexibility for some remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling Darkoa 360 Limited’s flagship Product( Ahomka Heat Patch), building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets within schedule. Key tasks include identifying and developing new leads, conducting product demonstrations, providing customer support, and maintaining records of sales performance. The role also requires collaboration with the marketing team to strategize and execute sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and customer engagement techniques.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience Pharmaceutical Sales is a plus
• Experience in FMCG Industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
• A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
