This position is part of our hybrid onsite/work from home business model. 1 week will be onsite at our facility: 1451 Center Crossing Road Las Vegas, NV 89144, then 3 weeks work from home. As a Specialty Front End Pharmacist at our Las Vegas Specialty Pharmacy, you’ll play a key role in our mission to make health care more personal, convenient, and affordable. Required Qualifications Active Pharmacist license in the State of Nevada (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date). Must reside in the State of Nevada. Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centered care in a specialty pharmacy environment. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in Specialty Pharmacy preferred. Multiple state licensures are highly preferred (California licensure is a strong plus). Openness and willingness to obtain additional state licensure(s) based on business needs. Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a hybrid team environment. Education Pharmacy degree (PharmD or equivalent) from an accredited college of pharmacy. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $50.48 - $84.62 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
