Pharmacy Technician - Retail Pharmacy (PrimeRx Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a background in U.S. retail pharmacy operations . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using PrimeRx , managing prescription data entry, processing automatic refills, and communicating professionally with patients. Key Responsibilities Enter prescriptions accurately into the PrimeRx system. Process and manage automatic refill requests for patients. Communicate with patients regarding prescription status, refills, and basic inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information. Assist with pharmacy administrative tasks and workflow coordination. Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and confidentiality standards. Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Virtual Assistant in a U.S. retail pharmacy . Hands-on experience using PrimeRx pharmacy software . Strong understanding of retail pharmacy workflows and prescription processing. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in prescription data entry.
