PHOENIX-FOCUSED REMOTE REAL ESTATE SALES ROLE This full-time, fully remote sales position supports a Phoenix, AZ market team working with real estate investors and industry professionals who may be seeking hard-money or private-money resources for investment property opportunities. The role is built around thoughtful prospect research, professional one-to-one outreach, and appointment setting. Rather than operating like a traditional high-volume call center, you will identify relevant real estate operators online, begin personalized conversations, introduce appropriate prospects to a private real estate funding and deal-flow community, and help move qualified contacts toward short onboarding or triage calls. THE PEOPLE YOU MAY SPEAK WITH Your outreach may involve fix-and-flip operators, landlords, BRRRR investors, wholesalers, brokers, investor-friendly real estate agents, creative-finance professionals, educators, coaches, and other people active within the investment real estate ecosystem. CORE SALES ACTIVITIES • Research potential investors and referral relationships across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, online groups, investor communities, and similar channels • Review each prospect before making contact so outreach reflects the person's actual business or investing activity • Begin direct-message conversations using approved messaging frameworks and legitimate professional social profiles • Explain the private funding and deal-flow community to contacts who appear relevant and qualified • Book appropriate prospects for brief onboarding or triage conversations with the team • Keep lead-tracking records current, including conversation history and appointment details • Follow up professionally while avoiding aggressive, misleading, or spam-oriented sales behavior • Attend weekly setter training, coaching, and accountability sessions • Work against defined daily activity expectations and use tracked KPIs to identify where performance can improve PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Following training, representatives are expected to complete at least 30 new personalized outbound messages during each working day. Accurate tracking of conversations and scheduled appointments is also part of the role. After becoming fully ramped, the performance objective is 7–10 qualified appointments per week. Outcomes are not guaranteed and may differ based on consistency, sales skill, market conditions, account health, and the quality of available prospects. Representatives must conduct outreach professionally and follow the applicable rules of the social platforms being used. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and naturally in written English and feel comfortable starting business conversations with real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals. You should also be able to: • Manage daily responsibilities independently while remaining dependable and responsive to coaching • Research individual prospects and adapt outreach instead of relying on generic mass messaging • Maintain a credible professional presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another appropriate business-facing social platform • Work consistently with activity goals, accountability standards, and measurable performance expectations • Use Zoom, Google Docs or Sheets, Messenger, and CRM or lead-tracking tools with dependable internet access • Participate in required weekly meetings and training • Learn terminology commonly used in private-money, hard-money, and real estate investment discussions BACKGROUND THAT MAY BE USEFUL Prior experience is not mandatory. Relevant backgrounds may include appointment setting, recruiting, sales, lead generation, social selling, lending, mortgages, financial services, wholesaling, real estate investing, or property management. Knowledge of investor concepts such as ARV, LTV, LTC, bridge loans, rehab budgets, fix and flip, BRRRR, DSCR, proof of funds, draw schedules, and exit strategies may help you become productive more quickly. TRAINING PROCESS The hiring process includes a live group interview where candidates can learn about the position and its expectations. Training includes real estate investor targeting and social outreach techniques, followed by ongoing weekly setter coaching focused on message quality, campaign issues, and performance improvement. Representatives receive access to established scripts, FAQs, lead-tracking standards, and KPI tracking resources. Team members who demonstrate strong performance may have an opportunity to grow toward leadership responsibilities. COMPENSATION Salary: $1,793 to $2,793 per week. PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL OUTREACH Representatives must use truthful identities and authentic professional profiles when communicating with prospects. The role does not permit impersonation, discriminatory outreach or recruiting practices, spam, unauthorized automation, misleading funding statements, promises of approval, fabricated financing terms, or the collection of sensitive borrower information through unsecured direct messages. APPLICATION PROCESS Submit a current resume and complete the required screening questions. Qualified applicants may then be invited to a live group information session that reviews the role's responsibilities, salary structure, training expectations, and next steps in the hiring process. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Hiring decisions are based on work-related qualifications such as communication, professionalism, reliability, coachability, ethical judgment, availability, and demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
